The founder of Multi-Housing Equity Partners is Ken Hoff.
Ken is a dealmaker. And one of those people who knows everyone. A native New Yorker, he closed his first deal in Brooklyn, in 1993, and has since been principally involved in hundreds of transactions, across 31 states, valued at over $4,000,000,000 (four billion dollars).
Prior to partnering with investors to begin acquiring properties through his formation of Multi-Housing Equity Partners in 2012; Ken spent 10 years as a Broker with one of the largest Investment Property firms in the US.
Ken is a former television Sportscaster – specializing in covering the NBA and College Basketball as well as providing play-by-play for NCAA Football telecasts – who made a smooth transition to the business world.
